This microlot is produced by Ismeria Leon on his farm in Queromarca – situated at an altitude of 2’250 metres which makes it ideal for the production of speciality coffee due to its abundant sunshine and cool temperatures. This washed batch underwent 48 hours of prolonged Anaerobic fermentation before washing. This coffee is fruity with oranges and grapes notes and a juicy texture that sets it apart from traditional Peruvian coffees. With our medium roast, to be enjoyed in espresso.
