This coffee is produced in the San José region, specifically in the canton of Tarrazú, at the Beneficio San Diego farm, perched at an altitude of 1,900 meters. As its name suggests, this Jaguar is processed using the Honey method, which stands out for its very low water consumption. Thanks to a shorter fermentation period, it develops a balanced acidity, somewhere between that of natural and washed coffees. A coffee with exquisite notes of fig, caramel, and the captivating sweetness of honey.
