La Pradera is a 16 hectare estate, 12 of which are devoted exclusively to coffee. This very special batch goes through several stages from the moment it is picked. In a hermetically sealed vat, it undergoes 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation with the addition of kiwis and wine yeast, followed by the « honey » process. It has all the qualities of colombian coffees and its kiwi flavours make for a particularity surprising cup. An experience worth trying.
