This Caracoli (Peaberry) “Fine Cup” comes from a group of farmers in the Cerrado Mineiro region. This region has a dry climate during the harvesting season and allows the cherries to remain moisture free and dry consistently and evenly. The small size of the beans is an additional challenge for the roasters, but once the ideal roast is achieved this coffee releases sweet notes of caramel, chocolate and hazelnut. To be enjoyed without restraint !
